fingerboard jig

This fingerboard jig is used for planing the flat and radiused faces of a fingerboard with and without bench dogs. It features two removable attachments:

• L shape attachment: for planing against a bench. Rotatable.
• Stop: for planing or gouging in the other direction.

The design is based on fingerboard measurements for a typical new violin: 270mm long, narrower end 24mm, wider end 42mm, 42mm radius, 5-5.5mm thick.
